References in these Website Terms of Use to "we", "us", "our", “Together” and "ourselves" are references to Together Financial Services Limited and its subsidiary companies as outlined above.
References to “you” or “your” are references to any person, Broker (as defined below) and/or any person acting on behalf of a Broker reading these Website Terms of Use.

USE OF THE WEBSITE
These Website Terms of Use together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy set out the terms and conditions of you using the Website. By accessing or using the Website, you are accepting the Terms of Use and that you agree to be bound by and comply with them. However, if you do not or cannot accept the Website Terms of Use you must stop using the Website immediately. The Terms of Use may change from time to time but by browsing the Website you are accepting the terms of use which are in use at that time. You are responsible for ensuring that anyone else who accesses our website through your internet connection is aware of these Terms of Use and the policies referred to above and that they comply with them.
The Website provides users whose clients are interested in our products/services with an opportunity to submit applications (and/or referrals) for loans on behalf of such clients. When you use the Website in the capacity of a registered organisation submitting business to us (a “Broker”), or as an individual working on behalf of a Broker (for an example, an employee of a Broker) (all references to Broker shall include such individuals), you agree to use the Website in accordance with the business terms agreed between us and the Broker as may amended from time to time, in addition to these Website Terms of Use. If you have any queries in respect of these terms you should contact Together’s Regional Development Executive (“RDE”) for your organisation.
If you are using the Website as an individual on behalf of a Broker you agree that you are not a consumer user. Your right to use the Website shall cease if at any time you cease to work for the Broker (for example, if you cease to be an employee of the Broker).
If you are using the Website as a Broker you agree that you are responsible for keeping us informed when any individual acting on your behalf ceases to work for you (for example, if the individual is no longer employed by you) and you agree to indemnify Together for any loss, damage or liability resulting from a breach of the terms of lawful use (as outlined below) by any individual that has ceased to work for you and you have failed to inform us of this.
You are permitted to use, print and download extracts from the Website (including, unless where stated otherwise on such materials, information obtained by us from third party websites) and to use and copy all other documents, literature, information and materials supplied by us via the Website in whatever form for the purpose only of introducing applicants and submitting applications. These documents must not be edited by yourselves without our explicit permission and cannot be rebranded as your own.
GOVERNING LAW
The Website is made available free of charge. The Website is designed for use within the UK and by accessing the Website you are agreeing that the laws of England and Wales will be applicable to any disputes which may arise.
